Delivery
There is a standard $10.00 delivery charge will apply to all orders within the Downtown Toronto area; all areas outside the downtown core are subject to a $15.00 delivery charge per order.
Special set-up needs are available upon request. Please inquire with regard to specifications and pricing.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client, including events cancelled due to inclement weather. All functions above $1000.00 require 5 business days cancellation.
